I believe this question doesn't vary.
Both in the movie and DADOES, Deckard asks Rachael about "photo of a nude girl...". The same goes for BR Game - McCoy asks various females the same question. He doesn't ask it males during testing.
Remember, the questions are only hypothetical situations. I guess it would
be very inappropriate if the blade runner adapted them according to his knowledge of subject's private life.

You're in a desert, walking along in the sand when all of a sudden you look down and see a tortise. It's crawling toward you. You reach down and flip the tortoise over on its back. The tortoise lays on its back, its belly baking in the hot sun, beating its legs trying to turn itself over. But it can't. Not without your help. But you're not helping.

You are given a calfskin wallet for your birthday.

You're watching an old movie. It shows a banquet in progress, the guests are enjoying an appetiser of raw oysters. The entree consists of boiled dog.

"You're standing in your favourite dvd shop, when you look at the fellow beside you. He says, 'Hi, I'm Jerry Perenchio. I have here a test pressing of the Blade Runner Special Edition three-disc set. There's only one made, and since I own the whole sonofabitch, I have it... and you're gonna have to kill me to get it...'"
