Voice Extraction

I have an 'XCC' program that can extract files from their compressed state in the game directory. So far I have been able to find and extract sound effects, movies, videos, images, etc. from the game, but have not been able to find any of the voice files in the .MIX archives.

Can anyone tell me why they are strangely absent?

I tried looking on the first disc; the impression that I got from that led me to believe that the files are just copied from the discs to the hard drive during installation. Anyway, my installation is on full.

And yeah, Queensland is cool.

Ok I found the files that contain all the speaking that goes on in the game but its not a ".mix" file its a ".tkl" file, I'm going to see if there's a program on the internet that can open these files.

Thanks, that was pretty good. Pity it doesn't have a .wav export function.

Of course you can record the output from GAP with random WAV recorder/editor.
