Deckard'd TV

I was wondering if anybody knows what is spining on those screens in the background of Deckard's apartment.

A little mystery indeed. I remember reading somewhere that it's the same pattern which other monitors are displaying in Alien. Perhaps Scotty likes them.<BR><BR>I think it's supposed to be just surveillance camera or somwething.
