There are actually quite a lot of alternate shots, angles and framings within the Deleted and Alternate Scenes, I assure you. And it's not just a matter of extending scenes for length or for the alternate voice-over. They're extended to show additional bits of business and character moments you've never seen before.

Now we have two different perspectives regarding the nature of that material: the DVD's author and producer's one and the Viewer's one!
I'm very thrilled about the idea to extend my knowledge of the Blade Runner realm by watching the never-seen-before out-takes and altertative footage.
But I admit it's weird that espergritblues didn't notice that those are actually new scenes and not just the same sequences extended to fit with the voice-off. I remember that Charles pointed out that we were going to know who was the Deckard's wife and to discover many other unexpected characters details.
How it's possibile that all those differences are so subtle that someone cannot notice them?
