just 1-2h of Hi-speed train this is not a problem just i think is simpy impossible to go inside the "sala grande" "main or big theatre" of venice film festival.. only for special people i think..

They should have a Nederlands showing. Especially considering how much of a beloved native son Rutger Hauer is. It would probably have to happen in Amsterdam, though. I'm not especially familiar with the geography of the country so I don't know where Delft is in relation to Amsterdam.

My husband, who is a musician, has played in your country a few times and totally fell in love with it. His favorite places are Utrecht and Appeldoorn, although he likes Amsterdam for the...umm...coffee shops. ^_^

I hope that there will the a theatrical release of BR. It would be ridiculous if that doesn't happen. If it is in Amsterdam I just have to hop on the train.
Compared to England or the U.S. all distances are small here.
Delft is also on the west side of the country, near The Hague, more south from Amsterdam.

I think you mean Apeldoorn. That's a cool city. Delft is also a great place for musicians, a small arty city. There is always a lot of live music in the summer. Known and unknown bands, rock, jazz, pop, mostly free to enjoy.

I had my stag night in Amsterdam, a mighty fine city - full of edam cheese, tulips windmills and cloggs.. oh and the odd house of ill repute.

Even saw the house where Ann frank lived/hid away from the nazis.

Look at what's happened so far. There is, without question, going to be a new generation of fans. Considering just how many "tastemakers" come to San Diego Comic-Con every year, there is going to be hype generated for the Final Cut which will easily be consistent with the hype generated by reissuing of Star Wars with all the CGI. Only this time, it really does look like Ridley Scott didn't do the equivalent of scribbling on the Mona Lisa like George Lucas did.

There is a whole generation of SW fandom which only knows the Special Editions of the Original Trilogy. There might be a whole generation of Blade Runner fans who only know the Final Cut. From everything I've seen, the "fixes" done for the Final Cut do not change the look of the film at all. They are legitimate improvements.
