Not the first Embassy LD. It is actually the American cut according to Future Noir. It was mislabled.

Also when people are referring to the "origional cut" they are just meaning the versions released on video before the Directors Cut. The European version is usually the first one almost everybody here saw. If you want to be truly picky you could say the workprint is the true "origional version" because it was shown first.

Sorry to be "picky" ;)

It's just a typo.

I personally refer to them as the Domestic and International cuts.
