Some software like CorelDRAW has a program (Corel capture) for capturing screen shots even in a game. In the BR game I've done it with that one, and with a similar function I found in a PaintShop pro evaluation version I had, so I think it's not rare to find something like that in many graphic editing suites. I don't know if the Print Screen key would work when running the game...
