Is there a comprehensive list of all the VK questions that have been used in the movie or in the game? Or at least a semi-official list?

I have made one some time ago, but never put it online. It was just for my enjoyment. I write the VK questions down by ear from BR game... I didn't undestand some parts in English (characters speak too fast sometimes).
