Real cyborgs

Seriously, these things have been about for a while. Cultured rat brain cells hooked up to the mini robots. Amazingly those brain cells can live up to a year or two outside of a living host if they are taken care of properly. And these little robots really learn. How soon before RoboCop is patrolling our streets? How soon before Skynet starts to exploit this? Judgement day can't be far away now...
