There's italian subtitles on the deleted scenes??

I don't know if there is the option to watch the deleted scenes with Italian subtitles or not, but subs are off by default.
As for the clip you linked to, some of that editing was done by fans, not the filmmakers.
And you didn't need to get the briefcase to get all the discs.
