This site (in japanese) is worth checking out:

I found it very interesting as this guy edited and added -brilliantly- all the missing and cut scenes from Blade Runner to make a perhaps more complete version called ' White Dragon ' in seven separate parts and in QuickTime. Many new scenes including the mysterious woman in bathtub at the Bradbury Building...and more. I certainly enjoyed it...

Some similarities to the 'Budget Cut'. So far I really like it. Can't wait to watch all of it.

It was quite nice sometimes. It's fun to see scenes from different versions together. Not always good, but .... still?
Scenes are shown several times here and there but I can live with that ;)
Some scenes I had not really seen before, so it was nice.
Is really all that material in the five disc DVD version?

Summary: Interesting but I prefer The Final Cut.

I've seen The Budget Cut so is there any point watching this version?

Yes! they did more than just put all the stuff from the deleted scenes in to make one long cut, they also constructed some scenes themselves.

I was a bit disappointed that they didn't include certain deleted shots, and there were a couple of edits that pissed me off. But it was great to see the deleted footage put back into the movie, especially how the Deckard-kills-zhorathenleonTHEN talks to bryant worked out.

The link won't work for me so I can't watch it. Every time I click on the link the video will not fully load.

It doesn't start automatically. You have to press the play button. If you did that...maybe you need to upgrade your Quicktime?

In either case, it does work.

I've been dragging the cursor all over the first page, but there doesn't seem to be any link to that part 1; there are links for downloading quicktime and visiting http://bladeruuner.seesaa.net/ or going to page 2, but no link to downloading page 1 that I can find, so if someone cares to help...

Well it seems the website was updated, as now it all goes smoothly from this page :
http://bladeruuner.seesaa.net/
to that one :
http://web.mac.com/kazuchoice/iWeb/Blad ... t%201.html
where I now get to have a QuickTime app appear.
