I'll take a look at that Tyrell poem.

Meanwhile, if you actually DO find White Dawn, PLEASE let me know. I can't find it.

oh man, the 19th is soooooo close!

I don?t see DVD on this voting list so I can?t vote for the version I brought, which was the five disc set of Blade Runner on DVD.
I?ve seen things you people won?t believe.

Ultimate Collection is out three ways: DVD/HD DVD/BluRay. Or it will be on Tuesday....
Yes, I really live in Los Angeles. Srsly. And yeah, life really does imitate art here. Especially now we've got those video billboards. No spinners yet. But I suppose that's next.

Depending on what carrier they use it could have arrived before the 27th using super shipper but I didn't want to take the chance. I want this before Christmas, not after!!! I'll start tracking my order Tuesday and may add a couple of cds that none of the stores stock. BB and other stores don't want to stock the Alan Parsons Project remasters!

That's odd because when I placed my order the estimated delivery date would be the 19th. I wonder why it isn't the same for anyone else who orders!?

What really gets me is that the Bluray set has 5 discs! Why? Blueray has 10xDVD capability (if pushed to its maximum potential). So why 5 discs?? Very odd!

I wrote some time back that i have the feeling that there will not be 5 Bluray discs in the set. Only the Final cut will be HD Bluray all the others will be standard definition DVD although they are in the 5 disc Bluray set.

There are 3 HD discs in both the Blu-ray and HD-DVD boxes:

-Disc One: Final Cut (HD DISC)

-Disc Two: Documentary: (DVD DISC)

-Disc Three: Archival cuts: (HD DISC)

-Disc Four: Bonus: (DVD DISC)

-Disc Five: Workprint: (HD DISC)

So all versions of the film are presented in remastered 1080P with The Final Cut scanned at 4K and looking the best of all five versions.
Only the new supplemental materials are on standard DVDs.

Well, it'll be the 19th for one day shipping.

The "one day shipping" is worth it in my opinion. I think it was an extra $11, that's not too bad.

I've got an estimate of 20th-21st with super saver shipping, but that was through Amazon.ca. Not that this matters to me though, the set is meant to be my Christmas present so I can't open it until the 25th

I'm in the same boat and checking my tracking number... excessively.

I'm in Canada too, but bought through Amazon.com, for the better price. It shipped on Saturday, with an estimated delivery of... January 4th.
