Free Final Cut Poster in Empire's November issue

Empire magazine's November issue will include a free Blade Runner the Final Cut poster. :D

A pic can be seen here, though it is tiny:

Cool, I got the Empire with the BR interviews in it. Since this also has the American Gangster stuff in it I might have to get it too. I missed out on the last Starlog with the BR cover. It was sold out everywhere and was no longer carried at my grocery store.

Looks like I gotta get TWO copies of Empire, because the other poster is...

SWEENEY FREAKING TODD!!! W00t!!!

Weird that it seems it will be coming out in January. That's usually where they send really bad movies to go die. Then again, that might be the British release date. I would think that Tim Burton would want this movie to be in the Oscar running, so he'd have to get it out before December 31, 2007 for that.

Sweeney Todd is one of those properties I would have rather seen animated than done live-action. But Tim Burton is someone who does live-action cartoons, so I suspect this is going to be great.
Yes, I really live in Los Angeles. Srsly. And yeah, life really does imitate art here. Especially now we've got those video billboards. No spinners yet. But I suppose that's next.

Anyone know what size these will be? Is it a full size poster or just a two page spread?

Actually, I think Sweeny Todd is releasing a few days before Christmas in limited release, then it goes wide a few weeks later. I could be wrong though.

Which reminds me: Is it possible to order the real deal?

I only found one at http://www.moviemarket.co.uk/ where they charge a whopping 69.99 Euros for it. A bit steep for a brand new poster (I could understand if it was a vintage 1982 poster)???

Have a better one,
Martin

Is Empire sold in the states? I went to Border's and they didn't have it. Guess I'll have to check Barnes & Noble.

I've been able to get Empire at both Borders and Barnes and Nobles. However, they are usually a month behind in the States, so when you do find it, make sure it's the right issue. :)

Borders in my town still have the previous (October) issue of Empire.

Lucky you, I've been to TWO Borders and neither of them carry it.
Deckard as a replicant is an interesting idea. I'm just not entirely convinced that it's true.

Try Fye, in the malls. They usually carry it. At least the ones I went to in Colorado sold the mag.
