Yeah I gotta wonder about the use of the word "limited" in this case. In every other DVD release (like Anchor Bay) they state the full run of any limited edition of an upcoming release. I'm guessing that the final number of "limited" sets is going to be based on pre-orders (both direct-to-consumers and chains), and, at the reasonably low price they're at, is going to be rather high.
If a "limited" DVD set has a printing of 25,000+, that really isn't limited at all...not really. By that definition,
all DVDs are "limited". If they had said each Briefcase Version would be limited to a total of 5,000 each (or less), that to me is more of a "limited" version.
Still, this is all speculation and opinion. And to be honest, I don't care, so long as I get my copies!
