I booked my flight tickets with no problem but had a real difficult time trying to find a hotel. I have never been to Venice before and assumed the venues would in the city centre. But they are on the island called Lido and is quite a distance from Venice itself. I am going with my son, he is a Blade Runner fan (like father like son). We are going out on the Thursday morning and after we arrive we will do a dummy run to the ticket office so we know exactly were to be at 8.30am when the box office opens on Friday Morning.
I am really starting to worry that i will not get in.

Try to keep your mindset the opposite of Blade Runner: happy and hopeful.

Things may be changing, WB UK say that a screening is possible this year, press release info should be available in the next 10 days or so.
