What has happened?
It' s incredibly weird that Warner doens't want this trailer could be seen on the web!
Maybe they're preparing a new trailer with a different edit? (by the way, I don't like at all the preposterous fx sound used in this trailer! why removing the brilliant Vangelis music?????)

Ease up. It's just a dramatic trailer. I like the music. Since the Vangelis wasn't in it anyway, they didn't technically remove it.

All right. I'm just evaluating the trailer from my point of view!
All in all it has an original impact using those television screen effects and noises.
8)
Now I want to know when it will be possible to pre-order the DVD set.
I have to decide if buying the normal DVD set or the HD DVD (what's the price of a new hd dvd player?).

I'd bet they're getting a comprehensive website together, like they did for THX1138. I also think, like the others, that we'll see this site (and the release date) on the 25th! ;)

I would say they are: http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=bladerunnerfinalcut.com

The record was created May 15th of this year. :)

Great detective work Spinner44. I am getting excited. I feel like a 'young' fanboy (unlike the old fanboy I am now  )

Chill out. The music you are hearing is from the movie "the Fountain".

When you go to the theater and see trailers for movies they almost always use music from some other movie. Why? I don't know. But I can assure that the Fountain's soundtrack will not be used for Blade Runner.

Btw, the Fountain is one of the greatest movies I have ever seen. Buy it!!!

I only saw the trailer once, after that it was removed. :(
However I really (and I mean REALLY) liked it. I was like:

I hope and wish the final cut will be released in Dutch theatres also and not just on dvd. Ppplease..
It would be quite ironic if it doesn't, since Batty is one of Hauers greatest roles ever.

(hmm, still want to see the Fountain. I like Jackman very much, but which woman between 20 and 35 doesn't  )

I would ask to the Bladezone webmasters to update as soon as possible the homepage with more details about this upcoming special edition and links to the trailer 'casuse it seems that now the only living ZONE of this website is the forum. That's a little bit disappointing as this website

http://www.tyrell-corporation.pp.se/

is always updated with a lot of more interesting informations than those listed in BladeZone homepage (like the high resolution trailer of the Final Cut, the excerpt from the interview to Ridley Scott, the video with Sean Joung and Harrison Ford who told about Blade Runner for the first time after so many years) .

Bladezone is commited into giving all its fans the best possible inside information as possible. Bladezone is however also commited to conforming to all instructions received by its peers. The site you have listed literally runs the risk of coming to the same fate as other sites who listed un-official information. It is hoped that when the time comes, Bladezone will be first with some ground breaking news and reviews. As ever, i ask you all to sit tight and wait.

All information supplied here is the view of myself Gary Carden, and is not the view or opinion of Bladezone or any of its affiliates. so there.

I have a had a feeling for a little while now that we would be hearing some 'Real' news very soon. I have heard something will be announced at Comicon this week. More importantly we do have to realize that there are members here who have participated in this anniversary set and will have 'Real, Official and True' info for us. I have to keep reminding myself to be patient, but it is very hard to do. :) I also have a feeling that the commercial on the AFI special was just a teaser.

I get your point but I don't think that website posted unofficial informations! Are the Scott interview, trailer and Harrison Ford interview unofficial? I don't think at all.
I'm just talking about the lack of important informations and every one could see that for many months Blade Zone hompage is still empty of interesting data.
Providing some excerpts of an interview or a relevant video isn't a risk in my own opinion.
Anyway, I hope that you're working on something not only official but also more substantial.
Keep up the good work!

:)
