I'm not up to speed on what the latest plans for the special edition are...in fact all i know is the making of documentary might be going with the DC version but when its released ive no idea...

can somebody enlighten me as to what the latest plans are please

I dont understand why Ridley Scott is being such a jackass about it...

I would have both the original and DC versions on it plus the documentary and anything else (probably have to be 2 cd's or a double sided DVD)

Not Scott's call... he's had a brand new remastered version (kind of like the Star Wars Special Editions) in the can for years... but he doesnt own the rights. I can't even recall the crooks name who has it right now (nor do I care to.)
