Maybe this is just my stupid brain at work. But wasn't Roy Batty's Incept Dat 2016. So How come he is dead in 2019. Instead of 2020. I can only assume because of the hard labor off world?

the movie was origionally supposed to be set in 2020 but they changed it to 2019 because of the date sounding too much like 20 20 eyesight. And like the 6th replicant referance, it wasnt changed in time for the final edit. This is from Future Noir
