Did Roy and Leon kill Chew? I think he did because he also killed J.F. What do you think.

I always assumed that he froze to death - I think the Blade Runner Story book suggested that - I'll have to check when I get home.

If they left Chew alive I'm sure Deckard would have interviewed him at some point, enabling Deckard to find J.F's apartment a lot sooner, so I'd hazard a guess that he dies..unless of course Chew kept his trap shut, out of fear.

According to "Future Noir The Making Of Blade Runner"...in an interview with James Hong it was written in the script that Chew was left for dead...frozen.

(James Hong)" One thing I was sad about was a scripted scene that was never filmed. Harrison Ford was supposed to come to Chew's lab later in the picture with some other policemen and find me frozen solid. Then one of them accidently knocks me over and I shatter into a million pieces."

That would've been sweet to see, even when I like Chew and don't want to think he was killed.

Chew was iced.

The game is in the same time period, so Chew being alive in the game doesn't prove anything.

Good one,BRmovie... "iced".
Also, the reason Roy speaks so slowly through the whole scene is because he knows Chew meanwhile is freezing his a$s off.So anyway... they killed him.Just like anyone else they came into contact with that had anything to do with creating Reps or the 4 year lifespan.
Oh... And, thanx for the info,Kipple

Yeah, Deckard and some other policeman finding Chew frozen, and accidentily knocking him over would have made an awesome scene!

I'm glad they didn't add that scene because i think it's a pathetic scene, from what it sounds and takes away the seriousness
