I hope this is not genereal knowledge already but Stan Winston was going to do the make up and special effects, not the Doug Trumbull side of things but Tyrells crushed head, Deckards broken fingers, Zhoras snake was going to be a model, Batty was going to have a piece of his shoulder torn away, duplicate of Leon being shot, Griffen that Batty was going to hide in, Pris death scene was going to be animatronic, 3 mice and 6 animatronic puppets for Sabastiens apartment.

I rememeber hearing something about the mice. I think they were supposed to be talking mice that Sebastian had created. You can see the real mice in his apartment that Pris plays with.
