Cameraman not credited on screen or books

Cameraman Haskell Wexler was not credited on the film as far as i can see and not mentioned in Pauls book either. Interestingly he is Daryl Hannah's step Uncle.
I think there may be more uncredited workers on the film and am going to sift through my paper work to see if i can uncover more.

Re: Cameraman not credited on screen or books

The most famous non-credited person was Ben Astor, who played the snake man. I know with the advent of IMDB, some of these people are getting credit on the film when they didn't at the time. Another person I don't see in the books is Terence Ford (Harrison's brother), who was an assistant director according to David L. Snyder.

Edit to add his wiki page...
