HI All
Had a fantastic day at London Comic Con for one very good reason, Sean Young. What a fantastic lady, i joined the lines for the autograph and got her to sign a photo and my script that also has been signed by her co-stars.
The best bit however was the photo shoot. I asked the security guy if she would pose with a Blaster and lo and behold Rachel holding the Blaster. She was really excited about and just as the picture was taken she tried to fire it by pulling the trigger. As you can guess fixed resin did not put up much of a fight and it snapped off, Sean said "oh shit sorry about that" it's a pleasure i replied, anytime.
No idea why i looked so terrified, i thought i was smiling believe it or not.

with that gun she reminded me, just for a moment ,of princes leia.

You can look at some of miss youngs performances in other movies, but blade runner was the role of a lifetime far as i'm concerned,I mean she is just simply A1 classic. This movie along with her performance is one of the reasons i got into watching old classic like movies you might see on the turner classic movie channel.
i'm thinking about hooking my dvd player up to an old black and white tv with a connection box from radio shack and watching bladerunner in "noirish" black in white.
I think they should release a "black and white" international version on dvd .
i can remember watching it in b and w when i had my vcr hook up to a
b. and w. tv set for a certain period of time.
