I was one of the few privileged souls to have seen the Denver Sneak peek at Blade Runner in 1982. I was overjoyed when all 5 versions were released on DVD (and blu ray) Finally, after 25 years, I could watch this version I could only recollect now, dim memories of. I must say, this version just adds to the mystique and allure of this film. What really shocked me was the score at the end It was rather Vagnerian ... possibly a temp track? does anyone know for sure?

And there was another song used instead of "One more Kiss dear" Anyone know that one?

Yeah, they're a bunch of temp tracks taken from other movies. Vangelis probably hadn't finished the score by then.

The alternate piece of music you are referring to is "If I Didn't Care" by the Ink Spots.

I don't, but I would also like to know.

If anyone has a list of the temp tracks, that would be great.

From Future Noir (first edition) Sammon writes that various Jerry Goldsmith music cues from Planet of the Apes, Freud, and Alien were inserted from this point on, in the movie, by soundtrack editor Terry Rawlings.

Not to question Paul or anything, but can that be verified? I've heard about some of those tracks in the workprint being misattributed to other sources before.
