Has anyone ever wondered about the ratio of humans-to-replicants working inside the Tyrell Corporation complex? Seems to me that Tyrell would want the best, brightest, strongest, etc., etc., working for him. From what I'd seen of the humans in the movie, everybody seems to be too caught up in daily survival, eluding detection by somebody or other, obtaining their next high or whatever, to be particularly interested in obtaining challenging employment. I'm not saying that Tyrell had NO humans working for him, but, considering that replicants have sanctuary inside the complex itself, wouldn't it stand to reason that a fair amount of his labor is synthetic?<BR><BR>One other thing: for those among his labor force who already know that they're replicants, he wouldn't necessarily have to pay them anything. I think the motivational aspect of it would be the most difficult part of maintaining an efficient replicant work force. They don't really have anything to look forward to, so I can't really imagine them working very hard. However, they wouldn't have to be very intelligent; Tyrell could use severely restricted models that do only one thing and do it well, which would limit the possibility of any kind of rebellion or a lag in productivity.<BR>

Well, a person like Leon got in as an ordinary worker, and hes not exactly bright, hes just strong. Plus, they thought he was human.
