Bright brolly imbroglio on Propsummit

OK folks...here comes the first licensed goodies in decades from Blade Runner, apparently.

Here's the thread on Propsummit...
http://propsummit.com/viewtopic.php?p=6837

Special plea to Charles de Lauzirika: what is going on with this? Where can these be found? Is this a promo or is this a real licensed Blade Runner item? There are several drooling fanboys (and one drooling fangirl) who are waiting with bated breath for info on this...

(Lighting up the de Lauzirika signal...it looks like a big DVD logo flashing in the sky...)
Yes, I really live in Los Angeles. Srsly. And yeah, life really does imitate art here. Especially now we've got those video billboards. No spinners yet. But I suppose that's next.

Someone there said:

"These were handed out last night to guests at the Warner Bros. BR after-party. They came with a black bag with thr BR poster on it, and inside was a copy of the DVD set and the small metal Spinner keychain. "

Hell, that little spinner has been making the rounds, eh?
[In reference to A Good Year] "So anyway, fuck 'em. It was a good film."

Yep, false alarm.

It's only promo swag, not something licensed that actually will be sold to the great unwashed of fandom.

Damn.
