The Six Replicants

Hi Guys,

I'm a new member who has only recently revisited this excellent film. However, the first thought that came into my mind was the same one as when I originally viewed it, namely the number of Replicants that had escaped down to Earth. It definitely mentions six, but we soon learn that one is destroyed in the Tyrell building, leaving five!

This where I get confused 'cos throughout the film I could only count four (I'm not including the girl Decker meets at the Tyrell Corporation), so I'd greatly appreciate if someone could explain what happened to the fifth one????

I expect that this question has been asked many times, but I'd appreciate your indulgence.

Many Thanks.

Another 6th replicant was written into the script, but did not appear in the film.

"Mary" was to have been played by Stacey Nelkin (Barry Bostwick's wife until they divorced in 1991).
