The original version... if there is such.
When i saw Blade Runner i knew that it was the best movie of all times! F*ck Lotr, SW, Matrix etc. The first version i ever saw, was the one with narration, without the unicorn dream, and with the "happy end" shot in Kubrick's style.
I bought the dvd, and realised that it's not the same version. Of course, i checked the situation on the net and on wikipedia i found that there are actually 7 different versions!
Now, their categorisation gave me a headache, and as far as i know there are 3 major versions:
1. Original: with narration, happy end, and without unicorn scene.
2. Directors cut: without narration, happy end, and with unicorn scene.
3. Yet-to-be-released ultimate edition
And the one that i can't classify, that is with less violence, right?
If this is true, and correct me if i'm mistaking, where can i find the Original release on DVD: with narration, happy end, and without unicorn scene? Or even on DivX? Any help? Like, BitTorrent and stuff?
I just can't watch this new version without narration, it's less detective
And i'm sick being jerked off: i paid one guy on the net to burn me on dvd all the Blade runner variations in Divx, for witch he claimed to have, and all i got is one and the same movie x 6 to fill up the dvd. He got me oldschool style
Any help?
Thanks
