well this is just a hypothesis but,

It's known that there is a white wine made in the same region as the beer Tsing Tao with probably the same name, now another name for that wine is Sake, if im not mistaken, sake is usually consumed out of a shot glass or other small vessel

so is it possible that deckard bought sake and not some form of rice derived vodka?

hmm, who knows what sort of fluid is called Tsin Tao in LA 2019.
