gaff i think was supposed to be some kinda urban mutt so to speak

hes primarily mexican/japanese but there are other bits too such as french, italian, and chinese least thats what Future Noir says

The script section I posted is after the sushi bar scene as they are flying to police HQ.

Note: There are a number of links to various translations of the Noodle Bar scene. The most accurate (as pasted above) is the one in the BR FAQ
