Sushi Bar scene and Gaff's dialogue help.

hes primarily mexican/japanese but there are other bits too such as french, italian, and chinese least thats what Future Noir says

Awesome translation. Though very much different from the script (off a link up top). Why is that? Also in the script, Gaff is spose to be Japanese. Is he in the movie?

The script section I posted is after the sushi bar scene as they are flying to police HQ.
