I'm not sure, but I get the impression that Ford will only do interviews if they agree not to mention Blade Runner.

When Jonathan Ross interviewed Harrison earlier this year here the UK, Blade Runner was not even hinted at - the whole program (Film 2003, BBC Television) was dedicated to Harrison and the (edited) interview lasted for 30 minutes and spanned the whole of Ford's movie career.

They talked about Indiana Jones, Han Solo and various other roles that Harrison had played. But there was no mention of Rick Deckard or Blade Runner.

What's more, Jonathan Ross recently listed his top ten films of all time for last British Film Institute Awards for 2002 and put Blade Runner at number 2 in his top ten. He MUST have been bursting to ask a question about Blade Runner. Surely the only explanation is that Ford insisted that Blade Runner was a no-go subject. Shame.
